Can bed resets and restocking be included?

Bed and linen resets and replenishment of agreed supplies can be included in the property checklist. Clean linens and replacement supplies should be arranged in advance. Laundry arrangements are separate from the turnover clean.

Can you clean individual units and shared spaces?

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning can be paired with recurring cleaning for common areas. For student residences, room changeovers and ongoing shared-space cleaning can be arranged separately.

An end-of-term changeover is different from a short-stay turnover. Rooms become available in stages, shared kitchens need extra attention, and the next intake has a fixed arrival window.

For residence changeovers, the cleaning plan defines the rooms, bathrooms and common areas to be cleaned, the order of access and the timing for each group of spaces. Ongoing common-area cleaning can be arranged separately from room changeovers.
