With the start of Covid 19, the unemployment rate reached an all-time high of 10% and 1.4 million Canadians lost their jobs. Canada’s appeal as an immigration destination has been increasing over the past two decades. Our team has felt the need to address the issue of unemployment, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, especially within the under-represented community.
